    We provide 9 rolls of toilet paper.
    Both bar soap and liquid soap are provided at each sink.
    One of the bathrooms has a plunger but ALL toilets are super flush style. Please don't challenge them but they should never stop up.

    Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Shower. 1st floor - Lots of towel hooks and racks. Has childrens step stool and potty seat.
    Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower. 2nd floor - Extra towel hooks and racks
    Bathroom 3 - Toilet, Double sinks, Walk-in Shower with 2 shower heads, Heated floor and is charming.
Bed Count:

    • 1st Floor Bedroom - 2 Full beds and a loveseat.
    Master Bedroom - 1 California Beauty Rest King with 600 thread count sheets and double pillow top. Fireplace. View of Lake. Private deck with spa for two (Adults Only), and the bathroom is wonderful.
    Bear Bedroom - 1 Queen pillow top bed.
    Bear Room Loft - 1 Queen pillow top bed and 1 Twin bed.
    Bunk Bedroom - 4 Twin beds on 2 Bunk Beds. 2 movable Twin mattresses beneath the bunks.
    Bunk Bedroom Loft - 1 Queen pillow top bed and 2 Twin beds.
    A Total of 15 Beds.
    The Fold-Up Play Pen in the bunk bedroom closet can be used as a crib.
    Each closet contains hangers and a dirty clothes container.
Quilts & Blankets:
    1st Floor Bedroom: Each bed has an electric blanket and comforter. The Loveseat has a comforter on it too.
    Master Bedroom:1 electric blanket. 1 light bedspread. 1 Quilt folded over the end of the bed. 1 Queen size comforter in the closet.
    Hall Upstairs: 3-4 Quilts of various sizes on quilt rack.
    Bear Bedroom: 1 electric blanket. 1 comforter on the bed. 1 Quilt folded over the end of the bed.
    Bear Room Loft: 1 comforter on each bed.
    Bunk Bedroom: 1 comforter on each bed. 2 sets of sheets for movable beds
    in the closet.
    Bunk Room Loft: 1 comforter on each bed
    In the winter there are extra quilts on the shelf in the 1st floor bedroom above the sofa.
Pillows:
    21  Each twin has 1 pillow and all of the others have 2 pillows in a pillow case.
      8   Most of the beds have at least one pillow in a sham on the them.
      4   In the front room there are 4 pillows in shams.

    If you have a person who needs a particular type of pillow, have him or her walk through the house to find the desired pillow. Types of pillows available through out the house:

    There are several decorative pillows that kids could use if they can't find a better one.
Sheets:
    Each bed is made up with sheets and pillow case(s) to match.
    Twins have RED sheets.
    Fulls have GREEN sheets.
    Queens have OFF WHITE sheets.
    The King has BROWN sheets.
    There are 2 extra sets of Red Twin sheets in the drawers in the closet of the bunk room.
    If you plan to make up a bed on the couches, please let us know ahead of time so we can set out the sheets and pillow cases for you.
Bed Wetter Pads:
    In the bunk room closet on the drawers you will find 3 red naugahyde bed wetter pads. PLEASE USE THEM when you know there might be an accident. They are not uncomfortable. We made these when our son was having a problem at age 8. They saved his bed and helped him stop wetting the bed.
    There are 3 more of these in the hall coat closet by the front door.
Towels:
    The blue towels are NOT for use near the jacuzzi.
    Each twin bed has 1 set and all other beds have 2 sets of towels, except the lofts. 1 set consists of: a Bath towel, a Hand towel and a Wash cloth. Please, in the rooms that you use just set extras towels on the shelf in the closet to keep them clean. We don't want to wash items that are clean.
    The number of Blue Bath towels used tell us how many people stayed at the house. If we have to do more laundty than was expected for the group you booked, you will be charged for the time.
    There are about a dozen yellow bath towels, hand towels and washcloths throughout the house under the sinks of each bathroom. Plus there are 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels in each of the master bathrooms and the upstairs central bathroom in the towel holders. These yellow towels are for the beach, snow, swimming and jacuzzi and unexpected guests. Please don't use them for your animals or wiping the floor or wipping the furniture.
    You should have brought 3 towels for each of your pets. Animal hair/fur does not come out of towels and can cause serious problems for those with allergies.

  • Winter Notes:
    • Be sure to park off of the street! They will tow your vehicle if it is in the way when they plow!
Pets:
  • Pets are welcome as long as you can control them and clean up after them.
  • You don't want to sleep or sit on someone elses dog fur/hair and vice-versa.
  • The bed wetter pads are for pets too. Wet or dry animals can know where they belong. Please use them. If you allow your pets on the beds, PLEASE put one of these pads down before the pet goes up.
  • It takes an hour and 2 lent rings to remove pet hair from a quilt. We will charge $20 extra to de-hair each quilt.
  • There are 2 large dog beds in the garage. Put them in any room you are intending to put your dog in. The covers are washable.
  • You should bring 3 large towels for each animal you bring. Even if they don't normally go in the water, they might suprise you. The snow is always going to get them wet. If you put a pet pad about 6 feet from the fireplace after an animal comes in from the snow, they will be very happy.
  • The back yard is fenced and has a patch about 5' x 20' of fake grass. PLEASE clean up your animals droppings before you leave. We will charge extra if we have to clean it up.
  • There are a couple of dog and cat bowls in the kitchen. Sometimes they are under the kitchen sink and sometimes they are in the cabinet with the glasses.
  • If you leave food out for your animal and the ants find it, put the bowl inside of a pan of water.
  • During the summer, for those of you who aren't familiar with scorpians, don't let your pet sleep outside on the ground. One of the decks should be fine.
  • ABSOLUTLY NO PETS IN THE LOFTS.
    THE LOFTS ARE A FUR FREE ZONE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALERGIES.
    PLEASE RESPECT IT AND KEEP ALL ANIMALS OUT OF THE LOFTS COMPLETELY.
